WHERE TO DOWNLOAD INVOICES

Each customer can download the invoices without having to request them from customer service.

We are going to explain step by step how to get the invoices.

First you have to go to your account.

Once there you have to click on "Order history and details".

Click on the invoice symbol to download it and that's it.

Warning:

In order to download the invoice, the order status must be "Sent" or "Delivered".

Since we cannot give you the invoice until the order is really confirmed by us.
